Terms of service

Returns: Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refund Eligibility: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund of the total value except shipping charges and a 15% utilization fee for opened and used products. Please email us at support@naturalshilajit.com within the specified refund period if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues immediately.

The full refund including shipping charges can be provided in case of delivery of defective or damaged goods. If the product has been damaged during delivery and not by the buyer, and the buyer has purchased MonkProtect coverage, they have the option to file a claim with MonkProtect. If the claim is approved, the buyer will receive a replacement product. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Items not purchased at www.naturalshilajit.com are not returnable.

Return Shipping: We recommend that you return the product via a registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft, or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Healthy Nutrition Group LLC will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

To return the order, please follow these steps

II. Once your return request is approved by our customer service specialist you will be provided with an RMA number and all the necessary return instructions.

Please note that the return shipping label is not included in your order.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@naturalshilajit.com.

Shipping: To return your product, please  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) for a refund once you receive them.
